hoping to get this insomnia thing sorted out. i don't particularly like going without sleep, even on the holidays. there is no way i will be able to handle erratic sleeping patterns in a few weeks. approaching the problem bottom up - by alleviating stress and anxiety, it should hopefully subside. perhaps i will be indebted to the plant above in about a week - valeriana officinalis; valeriana, from the latin word valere, meaning "to be strong or healthy" - boy i hope so!
