break on through...

mood: fatigued.
state i'm in: now, where amongst all my notes did i put that plot?
tune: miguel migs "so far" (original album version) - just love that funky bass guitar lick.

today, more than ever, i approached burn out. my fucking neighbours decided to play some sort of heavy music this morning right when i was dealing with antidysrhythmics (drugs for heart arrythmias); not a good scenario i can tell you. those things are hard enough to reason with when you're heads clear. to make matters worse, my brain decided it would get a headache shortly before hand. it remitted after a blow from mr paracetamol, but came back within an hour. and it's still there; must be my longest headache ever i think.

so the tension continued building up all day, and eventually i just lost my mind and reached for the clippers. i had to do something to relieve the tension, and it was too cold outside to take a walk.

so, is this the face of a mad man?

despite getting more study done than on any other day this semester, today has been shit. but tomorrow's a new day, and onto respiratory after just a little more cardio. almost on target. it's time to break on through to the other side... right after some pills and a sleep.

That pic is really hot... it's really wigga-ish. As soon as I saw it I imagined you going, "yo, yo, yo. Wassup bro?". LoL. It's the bling around your neck...

Also, have you looked at "alternative medicine" or "holistic health alternatives"? I find that doing Yoga really helps me release stress. If I ever feel stressed, or I know I'm about to enter a period that can cause stress, I do it and I feel really good. There's this pose called "Turtle Pose" - it's a good relaxing, yet stimulating, pose for the brain apparently (but that's probably because a lot of blood goes to your head). I do it every hour when I'm studying and it really helps me concentrate. Sounds really weird/obscure, but I do hope you try it. I've gotten a few of my friends to do it and they say it works.

Anyway, good luck with your exams!

That has good pictures... in it would be correct technique and positioning if you have your "mind's eye" on the floor...

Btw, boy uninterrupted, you said what I wanted (but to scared) to say...

Hey J, Long time no see.
I feel your pain. I have actually run out of ways to procrastinate... And I am dying to have a conversation with someone that doesn't involve inguinal hernias, colon cancer or TB.
thankfully ONLY 1 DAY TO GO!!!! Oh, and I have some awesome news.... and no I'm not bloody pregnant... See ya tomorrow

Personally, the best thing I could recommend for you is a face mask and some eyebrow plucking - not because you particularly need it, but I'll tell you what, you get such a sense of accomplishment when you pluck out that bitch of a hair from somewhere it shouldn't be and the smoothness of your skin after a good clean. Ahhhhhh...so refreshing!
Crazy? Yes I think I am.
Good luck with your finals!
